On Sunday, 27th November, we the youths of St, Joseph’s Church, Sentul celebrated this year’s World Youth Day and the celebration of our Parish Priest, Father Frederick Joseph’s birthday. We celebrated by cutting the cake in celebration of the World Youth Day and Father’s birthday.

We had invited Youths from the age of 13 to 35 and we were pleased with the outcome of the event. The gathering exceeded our expectations with a staggering 85 Youths from our church.

In this event, we focused on the opinions and feedbacks regarding the changes that can be done and the Youths would like to bring to our church. The youths were divided into various groups through a short ice-breaker and were given the platform to share their thoughts and outcomes after a thorough discussion in their groups.

Thank you for those being part of this beautiful event, by helping to share the good word and being someone to succeed the event. We have shared many laughs and sorrows. A great year, 2022 is ending, but our journey has begun and it will be continuing to serve the Lord, the church and the community.
